The 2024 BMW X2 is making its way to BMW dealerships, and drivers can’t wait to see its new features and design. With a reproportioned frame as well as its improved power output and handling, it’s poised to shake up how you think of sports activity vehicles. BMW of Sherman Oaks presents this guide on the 2024 BMW X2 and how it compares to the 2023 model.

Larger Design

Bigger is the keyword in the 2024 BMW X2, especially with its larger dimensions and sleeker frame. The vehicle retains its muscular and athletic frame while adding 7.6 inches in length over the 2023 model, totaling 179.8 inches long. This model is also 0.8 inches wider (72.6 inches) and 2.5 inches taller (62.6 inches) than the previous version, giving it sleeker lines and a touch more room for passengers and cargo.

A Finely Crafted Engine

As the BMW X2 enters its second generation, the manufacturer has boosted power output significantly with the enhanced engine. The 2024 BMW X2 features a standard turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine that produces 241 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque. That’s up from 228 horsepower on the 2023 model.

Better Responsiveness

Signature xDrive® all-wheel drive is now standard on all 2024 BMW X2 trim levels; it was previously available on the 2023 model, but only on select trims. The standard seven-speed Steptronic® double-clutch transmission provides even gear shifting on the road, with fully electric actuation improving efficiency over the 2023 model.
